Friday, November 14th Afternoon Tips & Tricks for Knitters Class with Mary Lou Egan

This class will be Friday, November 14 from 2 until 5 p.m. at the Fiber Frolic Retreat

Even the most accomplished knitter can learn a few new tips and tricks.  This class covers tips for casting on and binding off, increasing and decreasing and which techniques to use where, keeping track of increases and decreases, counting rows, mastering the lying gauge swatch, simple seams, neater edges (Why is my last stitch always loose???) sewing on buttons, stitch holder substitutions and lots more.  Plus, students always have a trick up their nicely knitted sleeves to astound and amaze. 

Class Supplies:

Light colored smooth yarn:  DK< worsted or bulky

Needles a size or two larger than standard for that weight yarn
